Analisis Bibliometrik: Tren Riset Microaggressions di Tingkat Global

Pendahuluan – Fenomena microaggressions telah menjadi perhatian penting dalam kajian sosial global karena dampaknya terhadap kesehatan mental dan kesejahteraan kelompok terpinggirkan. Metode – Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis tren global penelitian microaggressions secara komprehensif melalui pendekatan bibliometrik. Dengan menggunakan data dari Google Scholar yang diproses menggunakan Publish or Perish dan divisualisasikan melalui VOSviewer, sebanyak 1000 publikasi dari tahun 2000 hingga 2025 dianalisis. Studi ini mengidentifikasi enam klaster tematik utama: konseptualisasi teoretis, konsekuensi psikologis, identitas dan interseksionalitas, intervensi terapeutik, microaggressions berbasis gender, serta kelelahan pertempuran rasial. Hasil – Hasil analisis menunjukkan tren peningkatan publikasi signifikan pada tahun 2015–2020, dengan puncaknya pada 2020. Visualisasi jaringan kata kunci memperlihatkan bahwa penelitian microaggressions berkembang secara multidisipliner dan cenderung mengarah pada isu-isu interseksional. Penelitian ini juga mengidentifikasi kesenjangan literatur, seperti kurangnya pendekatan interseksional eksplisit, minimnya studi eksperimental berskala besar, dan kebutuhan untuk pengembangan taksonomi yang lebih holistik. Simpulan – Kesimpulannya, penelitian ini memberikan gambaran komprehensif tentang lanskap ilmiah microaggressions secara global dan merekomendasikan perlunya pendekatan interdisipliner, metodologi yang beragam, serta intervensi berbasis bukti yang kontekstual untuk mengatasi dampak negatif microaggressions di berbagai bidang. Saran diarahkan pada peningkatan penelitian di wilayah non-Barat dan konteks yang kurang dieksplorasi guna memperluas pemahaman terhadap microaggressions secara lebih inklusif dan representatif.
