Penggunaan Learning Management System di Pendidikan Tinggi: Tren, Efektivitas, dan Keterlibatan Mahasiswa

Pendahuluan – Perkembangan teknologi digital dan percepatan transformasi pembelajaran selama pandemi COVID-19 telah mendorong institusi pendidikan tinggi untuk mengadopsi Learning Management System (LMS) secara masif. Namun, efektivitas implementasinya dan dampaknya terhadap keterlibatan mahasiswa masih menjadi isu yang perlu dikaji lebih dalam. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melakukan kajian sistematis terhadap tren, efektivitas, dan keterlibatan mahasiswa dalam pemanfaatan LMS di pendidikan tinggi. Metode – Metode yang digunakan adalah Systematic Literature Review (SLR) dengan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif, mengikuti pedoman PRISMA. Proses review dilakukan dengan menelusuri artikel ilmiah dari database Scopus menggunakan kata kunci relevan, kemudian menyaring 645 artikel menjadi 16 artikel yang memenuhi kriteria inklusi. Hasil – Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan LMS semakin berkembang dengan dukungan institusional, integrasi fitur learning analytics, serta desain pembelajaran yang adaptif. LMS terbukti efektif dalam meningkatkan hasil belajar dan keterlibatan mahasiswa, terutama ketika didukung oleh strategi pedagogis yang tepat dan infrastruktur digital yang memadai. Simpulan – Kajian ini menegaskan bahwa keberhasilan penggunaan LMS bergantung pada sinergi antara teknologi, dukungan institusi, dan pendekatan pembelajaran yang berorientasi pada mahasiswa.
